some babies are allergic to j%26amp;J go to a health food store there are too many harsh chemicals in store shampoo for anyone.

When I was at Walgreens I noticed a product called "Soft %26amp; Precious" and it says it's specially made for African-American babies. If you have a WalGreens try there, or maybe try another pharmacy.

Soft %26amp; Precious is what a lot of moms use. It is commonly available at drugstores %26amp; at Walmart. Black babies' hair should not be washed too often. 1 x wk at most. It can dry out too easily. But it is good to massage a little bit of natural oil on their scalp like jojoba oil, shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil. every day.
