Relaxers are very damaging so try to get one maybe every 12 to 16 weeks. On this site you will receive great information from shampoos, conditioners (cowash=using only conditioners), proteins (how often to give yourself a protein treatment) how to take care of your ends so that your stylist will not cut them off every time you grow a couple of inches.
