My hair is damaged too. I use all of Profectiv's Mega Growth products and Wild Growth Hair Oil. If u don't wanna use all the Profectiv, the Wild Growth should be just fine on it's own.

Nature has full control there. The best you can do is brush it differently to make up for balding spots. Don't wash it in harsh soaps. or as often as once a day.
