People do it all the time, but you shouldn't. Your hair could fall out or at least be really damaged. It's not a wise choice to make.

It is perfectly fine. Now do nto do it immediatly after you get it relaxed wait a few days. But it is not bad to do it at all.

I wouldn't do that. Your hair gets enough chemicals from the relaxer so I would put off the dye until the relaxer wears off. You wouldn't want to damage your hair.

Hey! It is not necessarly bad but u shouldnt put the dye in the same time or same day as ur perm b/c it is 2 many chemicals in ur head 2gether that will most likely leave ur hair into falling out so u should pro. wait until ur perm is not in and just go get ur hair dyed and a few weeks later get ur perm.

Wait a few months to get it dyed, because if you dye it now, it will be very weak and damaged, and your hair will break off, so don't dye it! That's a big no-no when it comes to chemically styling you hair.

You will have to wait 7-10 days after you relaxed your hair before you can color it. Just remeber you need extra moisture for your hair.

I have to say i have done this. I have really thick hair. ( believe me your mama would have never done my hair) However, I permed my hair, washed rinsed and dried. About an hour later. I dyed it. Jet black on the bottom lower sides and honey-caramel streaks all through the top. It turned out gorgeous, my hair did not fall out. I don't know maybe i was lucky. I still do it and my hair stays in. One thing that i do is keep it mosturized. I use pink oil mosturizer and after i wash with the shampoo from the perm box or streak kit. I follow up with a rinse out conditioner, cream of nature. In between perms and colors i use the above conditioner and the shampoo. my hair stays soft,shiny and heathy. I also wanted to add. In no way am I a hairstylist this is just by my own personal experience. however, you know the kind of condition your hair is in. think before u act.
