I am a pregnant african-american woman. What type of perm can I use on my hair for the next 9 months?

i have fine hair.....i used optimum (spelling?) but i used regular (not super) and i did not perm my hair as often when i was preg opposed to when i was not, i only permed my hair three times during my preg......once when i found out i was preg, then again when i was like 5 1/2 months then again a couple weeks before i had him.
